Horihiro is a Japanese tattooer from Kanazawa. He lives and works in Okinawa and is one of the owners of Black Ocean Tattoo. Horihiro tattoos mostly in the traditional Japanese style and mostly Japanese imagery. But he is a well rounded tattooer, capable of tattooing most styles. So don’t hesitate to make a request outside of this genre.
